In the second year of its existence, I took on being a co-lead of the generator team. As a co-lead, I worked with the other teams to ensure our work was coming together into an efficient, modular wind turbine that satisfied that year's guidelines. Additionally, it was now my job on the team to lead meetings and keep us on schedule.
